Christmas Lights

In Christmas it's time to discover Lisboa with your eyes raised and be dazzled by the creativity that the city has to offer.

In December, Lisboa's nights light up due to the Christmas spirit with bright colors and shapes all over the place.

In addition to decorations on the facades of buildings, there are also colorful balls, stars and bows hanging in the streets. In the historic center, the lights still shape jellyfish and a world globe, where it is possible to enter and sit down to seet it from within.

As usual, sustainability and preservation are considered, as conventional lights are replaced by LED bulbs to reduce energy consumption.

In addition to these decorations, Lisboa’s nights also feature Christmas trees, each with its own size and color.

This Christmas is, therefore, to discover Lisboa with your eyes raised and be dazzled by the creativity that the city has to offer.
