The Wellbeing Festival is back! Reiki, acupuncture, reflexology, crystal therapy, feng shui, massages, sound therapy, chromo therapy, flower therapy, quantum table and numerology are some of the therapies which will be present at the event.
After a two year gap due to the pandemic, the Wellbeing Festival is back to the capital with about 200 exhibitors.
Reiki, acupuncture, reflexology, crystal therapy, feng shui, massages, sound therapy, chromo therapy, flower therapy, quantum table and numerology are some of the complementary therapies which will be present at the event.
The remaining areas of natural cosmetics, nutrition, healthy eating, handicraft and esotericism will also be represented.
In a weekend designed to be enjoyed by the whole family, three moments stand out: the celebration of 100 years of Reiki, by the Portuguese Reiki Association; a mega yoga class, by the Portuguese Yoga Federation; and an 'Eye Gazing' session, a tantric exercise which increases intimacy, by The Love School.
