We opened on December 8th, 2010, and our wish is to offer people around the world the possibility to stay in an incredible place at a very low cost. This is a unique place, beautiful last century house, with a high quality infrastructure and endings, incredible common areas to make your feel at home, always spotless. We have a garden and a terrace with exceptional views to the river and "25 de Abril" bridge and we are located in the heart of the city, the historical district where you will find all kind of shops, cafes, galleries, nightlife and museums.
