We serve it in three different ways: Portuguese style, grilled or, the famous: São Bento style.

Inspired by the recipe of the old Cafés Marrare, Bife à São Bento has been made in the same way for over 40 years. Sirloin cut, tender meat, dipped in a spicy cream sauce, perfect for dipping the crispy home French fries. There are other side dishes to choose from or even a topped fried egg.
