Fresh fish and seafood from the Portuguese coast, as well as the best national products, are a constant at Guincho's table, honored and recreated in each dish, each season of the year, in the face of recognition from national and international critics.
In 2001 the restaurant, with a strong influence of haute cuisine, won its first Michelin star, which it still holds today.
