K.O.B. stands for "Knowledge Of Beef", forecasting the main ingredient you'll find in the restaurant menu – our meat. In the 169th of Rua do Salitre opened in December 2014, the first aged meat restaurant in Portugal. The menu offers a real trip to the major global origins of aged beef, steaks from the national "Black Angus" (35 days of aging), to the famous sirloin steak "Wagyu" from Japan, one of the best in the world. Another highlight worth of mentioning is the wine list that promises perfect harmonization among the best steak and the best international nectars. The space is intimate, modern and sophisticated.
