Sleeping Beauty
The enchanted world of castles, princesses, forests and fairies goes on stage again at Coliseu de Lisboa to the sound of the melodies composed by Piotr Tchaikovsky.
Full of romanticism and marked by lyricism, the ballet is divided in prologue and two acts and represents a great challenge to the international dancers who come from nine different countries and are choreographed by Marius Petipa.
The relationship between music and choreography is perfect and creates a flawless symbiosis that makes this one of the most emblematic pieces in classical dance.
